Support & response time

For questions about the PutOn iOS app, please email info@lunexo.eu with the subject line PutOn support. We respond to support requests within two business days.

Account & data deletion: you can permanently delete your PutOn account, profile photo, wardrobe, and generated try-on images from inside the iOS app under Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you cannot reach that screen — for example, you no longer have access to the device — email the support address above and we will action the request within two business days.

Privacy & GDPR data-subject requests (right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection — Art. 15–22 GDPR): same support email. Please mention "GDPR" in the subject line so the request is routed correctly. Identity verification may be required.

Where your data lives: the PutOn iOS app stores your profile photo, wardrobe items, and saved try-ons in Google Firebase under your authenticated account so they sync across devices. Transfer is HTTPS-only, storage is server-side encrypted, and access is constrained to your user via Firebase Security Rules. Full disclosures, retention periods, and the legal basis are documented in the Privacy Policy.
